Fresh pastries each morning set a pleasant tone. The hotel had a charming atmosphere, especially in the traditional lobby. My room, a Standard Double Room, had a lovely view and was decent for two travelers. The location across from a metro station made sightseeing easy. The bathroom felt cramped and the air conditioning didn't quite keep the room cool were great. Noise from the street was noticeable even with the windows closed, which detracted from relaxation. Staff communication could have been better. I felt overlooked at times when I needed assistance.

The entire hotel was clean, silent and big rooms. The venue was in a very central location near to Parc Monceau. 17th arr. District was definitely worth visiting...

By booking I was putting follwing filter: 4 star, parking, wifi. It was showing 4 star, but for me it corresponde more to a 3 star, there is no parking, and the closest public parking was at 1 km, the wifi is only at reception and first floor, so no one of the point I asked corresponded.

The room was beautifully decorated, and the staff were pretty good too ensure we felt welcome. The 24-hour reception was handy!

Thank you for a fine stay. Fairly clean hotel with splendid views, we think its a chilled-out base for staying in Paris. The stuff are all excellent. All in all they offer good service. The location of the venue is amazing, right by Parc Monceau and other shops, and cafes.

Location: the hotel was next to the Metro and bus station, supermarkets and great markets and restaurants. Both rooms we booked were clean and gorgeous with balcony, nothing too much trouble.

Charming hotel, friendly staff, the double room with a lovely balcony allowed us to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere while being conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, making it easy to explore the area.

Best Value for Money!! Very good Location, Bus 31 to Arq de Triumph and Bus 53 to Opera! Bus stop 50 meters away. Metro station "Rue de Rome" 500 Meters away or 2 stops with Bus 53. Very good Turkish Rstaurant "sec" just 200 meters away, Mixed Grill plate is awesome!!

Bath room; there was no shower curtain. It was far from Metro.

Excellent hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a bar area. The staff helped me find places with the best exchange rates on my first visit. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking comfort. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

The staff were all very friendly, attentive and helpful and always had a welcoming smile. I stayed for three weeks and enjoyed every minute there. Excellently located next to a metro station for ease of getting into the city centre. There is no dinner available in the hotel, however there are lots of little places around to dine and a few great cafes within a minutes walk. My room was always well tended to, the bathroom was wonderful! The room itself had a delightful decor (if slightly dated). If you love city noise, keep the windows open; if you prefer silence, the double glazed windows keep out all the street noises. In all, a wonderful three weeks and will definitely stay again!!

Great Wi-Fi and helpful luggage storage, but no air conditioning was disappointing.

The room had a cozy feel.

The Wi-Fi was not in our room. Could use some touch-ups in the room.
